Job description
**Senior Lean Services Associate**
In this role, the Senior Lean Services Associate takes charge of leading Lean initiatives, project planning, and ongoing improvement efforts for small to mid-sized construction projects. Responsibilities include coaching project teams, guiding alignment sessions, and ensuring the effective implementation of Lean methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should also have 3-5 years of experience applying Lean practices in the construction sector and be prepared to travel as much as 85% of the time.
