This role involves developing the team, implementing systems, and establishing a robust historical data framework, in addition to nurturing significant client relationships and making strategic decisions on the project pipeline. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector, with at least 4 years dedicated to preconstruction and estimating. A demonstrated capacity for managing sizable projects, leading teams effectively, and navigating intricate pricing and contract discussions is crucial.
