Job Summary
The BIM Designer will play a crucial role in the development and management of Building Information Modeling systems. This position focuses on enhancing project quality and efficiency through the strategic use of BIM technology. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure project goals are met effectively and innovatively.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed BIM models for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate designs into the BIM environment.
- Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
- Conduct clash detection and provide solutions to identified issues.
- Assist in training team members on BIM processes and software.
- Prepare visual presentations and documentation as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
