Job Summary
The TELE RN plays a critical role in providing comprehensive care to patients in a telehealth setting. This position requires a skilled and compassionate registered nurse who can assess, monitor, and support patients remotely, ensuring their health and safety. The TELE RN will collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality telemedicine services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote patient assessments and monitoring through telecommunication technology.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided.
- Coordinate with various healthcare team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Experience in telehealth, intensive care, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to use telehealth technology and electronic health record systems proficiently.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a healthcare environment.
