Job description
The Senior NPI Engineer oversees the launch of new products from the development phase to scalable production, working alongside cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers. This role entails guaranteeing manufacturability, spearheading process validation, and overseeing program timelines to facilitate successful product introductions. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and have considerable experience in NPI and manufacturing ramp-up settings. A solid understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM), root cause analysis, and project management is essential for thriving in this dynamic position.
