Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager is tasked with spearheading the progression of innovative RF systems and payloads, guiding them from the early conceptual stage to flight qualifications and into large-scale production. This role encompasses the management of technical roadmaps, the orchestration of cross-departmental teams, and the supervision of key supply chain collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of cutting-edge RF systems and payloads through all project phases.
- Manage and define technical roadmaps to ensure project alignment and success.
- Coordinate efforts among diverse teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
- Oversee strategic partnerships within the supply chain to optimize production capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace program management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering hardware and software solutions from initial prototypes to full production.
