Job Summary
The Senior Retirement Specialist plays an integral role in the management and administration of retirement plan services. This position requires expertise in retirement solutions, compliance, and customer service, ensuring clients receive high-quality guidance tailored to their retirement needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage retirement plan services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding their retirement options and plans.
- Analyze and resolve complex retirement-related issues for clients.
- Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions for clients on retirement planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance retirement services and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes affecting retirement planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in retirement planning or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in retirement planning or a related area is preferred.
- Proficient in financial analysis and use of relevant software tools.
