Job Summary
The Senior Retirement Specialist is crucial in guiding individuals through their retirement planning process. This role involves providing expert advice and support to ensure clients can make informed decisions regarding their retirement benefits and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their retirement needs and goals.
- Develop tailored retirement plans and solutions that align with clients’ financial circumstances.
- Educate clients on various retirement options including pension plans, social security benefits, and investment strategies.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting retirement benefits and update clients accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support their long-term financial wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement planning or related financial services.
- Strong knowledge of retirement products, tax implications, and investment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are preferred.
