**Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead oversees all aspects of bakery operations, encompassing baking, packaging, and assigning duties to team members to guarantee smooth service delivery. This role includes mentoring team members, upholding food safety protocols, and managing cash transactions. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a service-oriented setting and must be at least 18 years old. Essential skills for this position include effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to execute physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
