Job description
The Shift Manager plays a vital role in guiding the store team and upholding exceptional product quality and cleanliness. This position involves managing the hiring and interviewing processes in addition to overseeing daily operations within the store. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a valid US driver’s license, and have a safe driving history. A minimum of 1-2 years in a management role is desirable, along with reliable transportation and valid insurance coverage.
