The Shop Manager is responsible for the daily operations of maintenance, which encompasses scheduling, staff oversight, and inventory management. This role includes guiding technicians, guaranteeing safety compliance for the fleet, and engaging in hands-on repair work. Applicants should possess 2–4 years of experience in a truck or trailer maintenance environment, along with supervisory experience. Essential certifications required for this position are in Brake Systems and AC Systems, as well as a valid Class A CDL.
