Job description
In this position, you will provide individual support to children with autism by executing personalized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include fostering communication and social skills through the application of evidence-based methods to minimize disruptive behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to successfully complete a background screening. Additionally, candidates should be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and obtaining certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
