Job description
**Job Title: ICU Nurse**
Delivers expert nursing care in an Intensive Care Unit environment, guiding the healthcare team to comply with recognized care standards. Creates and executes tailored patient care plans, tracks patient progress, and facilitates effective discharge planning and education for patients. A minimum of one year of recent full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care or the completion of an advanced training program is necessary. Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license for California, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
