Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist plays a vital role in providing exceptional speech therapy services, focusing on patient assessments, evaluations, and the creation of tailored treatment plans aimed at improving communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individual patients.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with facility staff to enhance patient care.
- Ensure that all services delivered are in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- A valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology must be held to practice in this role.
