Job description
The Senior Accountant will execute advanced accounting functions within the realms of insurance and reinsurance, encompassing financial reporting and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This role includes oversight of retrocession reinsurance activities, reconciliation of financial information, and assistance with both internal and external audit activities. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and have 2-5 years of applicable experience in insurance or reinsurance accounting. Ideal candidates will have professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, along with strong skills in Excel and familiarity with general ledger systems.
