Job description
The Digital Field Service Engineer plays a key role in the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of networked ophthalmic devices to guarantee peak performance. This position involves working closely with customer IT departments as well as internal teams to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies and deliver proactive technical assistance. Applicants should hold an associate’s degree or have comparable experience, along with a minimum of 2 years in a related professional field.
