Job Summary
The Senior Engineer is responsible for spearheading the design, development, and execution of innovative manufacturing solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, and cost savings. This role requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams to guarantee manufacturability while analyzing production metrics to promote continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
- Proven expertise in CAD software is essential.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of various manufacturing equipment is required.
