Job Summary
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing business processes through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to determine requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
