Job description
**Job Title: Senior Manager, International Tax**
The Senior Manager, International Tax is responsible for spearheading global tax planning efforts and overseeing cross-border structuring initiatives. This position involves offering guidance to leadership on the tax implications related to both acquisitions and divestitures. Additionally, the role encompasses the management of ASC 740 reporting, ensuring global tax compliance, and collaborating with treasury and finance departments on cash repatriation and effective ETR management. Candidates should possess at least 7 years of advanced tax experience, ideally acquired at a Big-4 or large public accounting firm. A Master of Accounting, MST, JD, or an equivalent educational qualification is essential, with a CPA designation being preferred.
