The Staff Engineering Analyst will lead the technical roadmap for scaled GenAI safety evaluation and architect end-to-end evaluation infrastructure. They will also drive cross-organizational gap analyses and serve as a decision-maker for critical safety escalations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in data analysis and project management. Proficiency in machine learning systems and programming languages like SQL, Python, or C++ is preferred.
