**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care provided to patients within an inpatient surgical specialties setting. The RN must exhibit clinical proficiency in delivering care to adult patients in alignment with established nursing practices. Applicants are required to have a valid Registered Nurse license issued by Wisconsin or a multi-state NLC license, along with demonstrated clinical skills relevant to the specified patient demographic. A degree from an accredited Nursing School is mandatory, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) being highly preferred for all candidates.
