Job description
The Staffing Specialist will oversee a range of high-volume accounts, execute client orders, and cultivate robust relationships with both candidates and clients. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews and onboarding processes, carrying out background investigations, and identifying suitable candidates for job placements. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a customer service or sales environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and access to dependable transportation for site visits to clients.
