**Job Title: Surgical Instrument Technician**

The Surgical Instrument Technician will handle the decontamination, sanitation, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical supplies. It is essential that all procedures adhere to regulatory guidelines while maintaining effective communication with hospital personnel. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those who have completed a Sterile Processing or Surgical Technologist program. Basic computer proficiency is required, and applicants should be prepared to achieve certification within 12 months of employment.
