The Sterile Processing Educator is responsible for designing and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and compliance of sterile processing personnel with required regulatory standards. This role includes managing quality improvement initiatives, executing audits, and promoting effective communication among medical staff and various departments. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, a certification in sterile processing, and a minimum of three years of experience as a technician. It is also necessary to have at least one year of experience in a leadership or educational capacity.
