The Executive Director plays a crucial role in steering the strategic vision, maintaining the financial stability, and managing the daily functions of the senior living community. This position also includes spearheading sales and marketing efforts to enhance revenue streams while upholding exceptional standards of resident care and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Ideal candidates should possess demonstrated experience in managing senior living facilities or hold a comparable leadership position in healthcare. A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline is highly recommended.
