Job description
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance, managing store operations, and maintaining adherence to company standards. This individual will inspire, guide, and cultivate a team of sales professionals to achieve both sales and customer service objectives. Ideal candidates will have a background in leading and coaching effective sales teams and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A degree from a 2- or 4-year college is mandatory, while having a Property and Casualty license and being bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
