Lead the store’s service department by supervising and scheduling technicians and service advisors, coaching team members, and managing performance and productivity. Support customers directly while overseeing parts inventory, inspections, equipment, and compliance with safety procedures. Candidates should have strong leadership and store management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and develop professional relationships. At least two years of Service Advisor/Writer experience is preferred, along with organization, mentoring ability, a record of exceeding business objectives, and basic OSHA knowledge.
