The Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the shop, coordinating the efforts of fitters and welders to guarantee that production timelines and quality benchmarks are achieved. This role encompasses providing technical assistance, resolving fabrication challenges, and upholding safety and procedural guidelines within the shop. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams in structural steel fabrication and demonstrate strong practical expertise in welding and layout techniques. Candidates must also be adept at interpreting structural blueprints and have experience working with CNC machinery.
