Job description
The SUDP/SUDPT Assessor is responsible for conducting evaluations related to substance use disorders across different environments and creating thorough treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs. In addition, this position involves offering both individual and group counseling, managing cases, and collaborating with community resources and internal teams. Applicants are required to possess a current SUDP or SUDP Trainee certification in accordance with WAC 246-811-030. This role demands both educational qualifications and professional experience in social services and the treatment of substance use disorders.
