Job Title: Substance Use Disorder Professional
The Substance Use Disorder Professional is tasked with performing assessments related to chemical dependency, managing intakes, and delivering individual, group, and family counseling. In addition, this position involves thorough case management duties, which include documenting, formulating treatment plans, and keeping patient records organized. Applicants must possess a valid SUDP or SUDPT credential without any enforcements and should have completed a High School Diploma or GED. A solid understanding of DSM 5 and ASAM PPC2 standards is necessary, along with the capability to function in a drug-free environment.
