**Veterinary Receptionist**
As the first point of contact at the hospital, the Veterinary Receptionist plays a crucial role in overseeing appointment scheduling, patient management, and handling multi-line phone systems. This position entails processing payments and offering empathetic, professional assistance to clients during both standard and delicate circumstances. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service or receptionist role, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting. Competence in veterinary practice management software, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities, is essential.
