Job description
The Superintendent plays a crucial role in guiding a unionized manufacturing workforce, managing day-to-day production activities, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts. They are tasked with ensuring adherence to safety regulations, coordinating production timelines, and upholding quality control measures to fulfill customer delivery commitments. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing setting. An Associate’s degree or similar qualifications are essential, while a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is highly favored.
