Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. This full-time evening position focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a medical facility setting, ensuring patient well-being and comfort while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and assist with patient treatment plans as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the personal care and daily activities of patients, including hygiene and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices.
