Job description
**Job Title: Distribution Center Supervisor**
Oversees various departments within the distribution center, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, to guarantee that productivity and safety targets are achieved. Responsible for training and inspiring warehouse team members while also pinpointing areas for process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is necessary, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution center setting. Additionally, candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
