**Job Title: Supervisor**
The Supervisor oversees a group of Homeowner Advocacy Analysts, addressing inquiries from borrowers, investors, and regulatory bodies while guaranteeing the accuracy and compliance of projects. This role entails conducting trend analysis and root cause assessments to enhance business processes and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the mortgage sector, compliance, or auditing. Strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory standards, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication abilities, is essential.
