Job description
**Inventory Control Supervisor**
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse activities, encompassing shipping, receiving, and logistics, while also ensuring staff efficiency and quality standards. Key duties include ensuring precision in inventory management, facilitating the distribution of parts across various locations, and spearheading ongoing improvement projects such as 5S and Kaizen methodologies. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and 5 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, along with expertise in MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
