Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our OR Float Team in Mount Holly, Vermont. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care during surgical procedures. With a focus on maintaining a sterile environment, you will collaborate with a skilled team of medical professionals to support various operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the surgical team in preparing and maintaining the operating room for procedures.
- Manage and preserve the sterility of the surgical field throughout operations.
- Work closely with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare surgical instruments and equipment necessary for various procedures.
- Ensure quality care and support for patients before, during, and after surgery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in an operating room setting.
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a surgical team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
