Job Summary
Surgery Partners, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to enhance our sterile processing and surgical team in Altoona, Wisconsin. This position involves close collaboration with surgeons to assist in delivering effective surgical procedures while ensuring a secure operating room environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures by preparing and providing sterile instruments and materials.
- Maintain an organized and safe operating room to facilitate surgical efficiency.
- Contribute to patient safety by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to manage equipment and ensure readiness for surgeries.
Qualifications
- Relevant surgical technologist certification or training is preferred.
- Experience in a surgical or medical environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and OR protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient safety.
