Job Summary
Atrium Health is looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC. This position is focused on providing high-quality patient care and facilitating clear communication among the healthcare team while efficiently managing the surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures to ensure a sterile environment.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage surgical instruments and supplies during procedures, maintaining their cleanliness and organization.
- Provide support to the surgical team in maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Surgical Technology program or graduation from an accredited Nursing school.
- Certification in Surgical Technology is required.
