Job Summary
The Systems Administrator (Windows OR Linux) will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s computing environments, including hardware, software, servers, and infrastructure. This role is located in Dahlgren, Virginia, at the NSWCDD Main Gate office and requires onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support systems administration for both Windows and Linux environments.
- Oversee maintenance and configuration of hardware and software components.
- Ensure server and infrastructure reliability and performance.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to systems.
- Support the implementation of new systems and technology upgrades.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems administration.
- Proficient in managing Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 environments.
- Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of server infrastructure and hardware support.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
