Job description
Job Summary
The Sr. IT Applications Specialist focuses on the effective utilization of Planview applications within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of IT applications to enhance project management and resource planning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage Planview applications to ensure they meet user requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective use of the applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop documentation for application processes and user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Planview or similar project management applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Experience in providing user training and support.
