Job Summary
The Systems Engineer II (SCCM) role based in Portland, Oregon, aims to enhance the Client Engineering team through robust support of integrated systems within a comprehensive enterprise environment. This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate determined by experience and is structured to facilitate both remote and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities
- Support integrated systems for the Client Engineering team.
- Utilize SCCM for system deployment and management.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure in alignment with best practices.
- Document processes and system configurations for transparent operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in systems support within a large enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in SCCM and its various functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and integrated systems is essential.
