Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the complete onboarding procedure for new employees, which includes conducting background investigations, verifying I-9 forms, and ensuring necessary licensing. This role necessitates effective collaboration with HRIS teams and hiring managers to maintain compliance and provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
- Conduct background checks and I-9 verifications.
- Ensure that all required licensing is completed for new employees.
- Work together with HRIS teams and hiring managers to guarantee compliance.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Possess strong organizational capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
