Responsibilities
- Collaborate with community hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners by delivering timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Lead recruitment efforts in healthcare and skilled nursing sectors.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
