Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Strongsville, Ohio, to spearhead our technical recruitment efforts. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives to navigate the fast-evolving needs of our business while ensuring effective sourcing strategies are implemented to meet the demands of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles.
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Facilitate candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Extend job offers and assist in the onboarding process.
- Adapt sourcing strategies to align with the changing dynamics of the business.
Qualifications
- A background in HR or recruiting, with relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly for technical positions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
