Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with the talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for the organization. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary range of $76,793.60 to $102,391.47.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various platforms for job postings and networking to enhance the talent pool.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
