Job Summary
The organization, Education (L.I.F.E.), is in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Modesto, California. This position is focused on recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization, with an emphasis on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ideal candidate will possess strong time management capabilities and the ability to navigate diverse situations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting potential candidates.
- Evaluate candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work within regular business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Experience in the field of ABA is desired.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills.
- Ability to handle various situations with professionalism and adaptability.
