Job Summary
We are a leading real estate management firm located in Essex, Maryland, and are currently in search of a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will function as a reliable advisor and collaborator with operational leaders, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent development within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to operational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support talent development programs that encourage professional growth and retention.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and compliance, particularly in settings such as Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in healthcare settings, specifically with Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities, is preferred.
