Job description
**Team Leader**
The Team Leader plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, which encompasses handling cash, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and safe. This position also involves guiding, training, and mentoring the team to enhance sales performance, profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with 9 to 12 months of leadership experience in a dynamic retail or convenience setting. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
