**Job Title: Medical Technologist**
The Medical Technologist conducts clinical laboratory analyses, overseeing both specimen collection and testing processes, while maintaining compliance with safety standards and ensuring precise results. They engage in quality control initiatives and deliver empathetic support to patients and their families. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or a similar discipline, accompanied by 1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting. Preference will be given to candidates with certification from recognized bodies such as ASCP or AMT.
